sudden akil baligh!

i am having a major breakout at the moment and its bugging me haishhh..mom says its internal related.and water.and vegetables.and overproduction of oil.and bad sleeping patterns.and and also the hot weather.zzzzzzzzz
damn it how am i supposed to get rid of them..sob..sob..
